Hasselback potatoes

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 medium size potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp parsley

RECIPE

1. WASH the potatoes in water. Pat them dry with paper/towel.

2.  CUT thin slices, 6mm apart, but stop just before cutting all the way through.

3. SELECT Preheat on the Cosori airfryer, adjust the temperature to 177°C, and press Start/Pause.

4.  COVER the potatoes with olive oil, and season evenly with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

5.  PLACE the potatoes in the food basket of the air fryer and cook for 30 minutes at 177°C.

6.  BRUSH melted butter on the potatoes and bake for another 10 minutes at 177°C.

7.  GARNISH with finely chopped parsley.
