Sriracha chicken wings

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 tsp paprika spice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder 
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 450g chicken wings
  • Cooking oil / spray
  • 80 ml honey
  • 80 ml Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp sesame oil

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 tsp paprika spice

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 450g chicken wings
  • Cooking oil / spray
  • 80 ml honey
  • 80 ml Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp sesame oil

RECIPE

1.  MIX together paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper and cornstarch.

2.  MIX the chicken wings in seasoned cornstarch until all wings are evenly coated.

3.  SPRAY wings with cooking spray and toss until all wings are coated with oil. Set aside.

4.  SELECT Preheat, adjust the temperature to 195°C, and press Start/Pause.

5.  PLACE the wings in the food basket of the air fryer.

6.  SELECT Chicken, adjust the time to 30 minutes, and press Start/Pause.

7.  SHAKE the baskets halfway through cooking.

8.  MIX in a large bowl together the honey, Sriracha, rice wine vinegar, and sesame oil.

9.  MIX the fried chicken wings with the sauce and serve.
