If it says “out of stock”, we do not know when a particular item will be available again. The goods we know will be in stock by a specified date will be indicated as “pre-order”.
Your order will be packed and shipped directly from one of our warehouses.
Your order will normally be delivered within 1-5 working days from the day you receive confirmation that the item has been delivered. We aim to dispatch your order the following working day, but it may take up to 48 hours for you to track the package.
After major sales campaigns such as Black Friday, room Christmas sales, etc., the delivery time in the following days will be longer than normal due to the large number of packages at Bring and other carriers. Therefore, please be patient and collect your parcels as soon as they arrive at the post office.
Please note that most carriers do not deliver on weekends and public holidays.

You can find the carrier and your items’ tracking number in the order confirmation. If you have ordered several items in the same order, the order may be delivered at different times. You can read more about that here.
Contact our customer service if you have not received your order within 1-5 working days under normal circumstances.
Delivery to the post office
When you shop at Cosori.no, it is free to have the package delivered unless you choose home delivery, and it is your choice which post office you want your package delivered to. You will receive a notification by email and text directly from the carrier when the package is ready for collection. Remember to bring the tracking number to pick up the package.
You can also choose to have the package delivered to your door; the cost varies depending on where in the country you are and follows the carrier’s rates. You can choose the address you want the package delivered when checking out. You will receive an email or text message from the carrier as soon as the package is on its way to delivery.
In Norway, your package will usually be delivered with Bring, but it is also possible for the package to be sent with, e.g. DHL Express, FedEx, PostNord or UPS under special circumstances. You will always be informed which carrier your orders are sent with.
It is only possible to receive products bought on Cosori.no to an address in Norway. Unfortunately, ordering from one of our other platforms in Scandinavia to Norway is impossible.
If you have purchased several products under the same order number, it may sometimes occur that items are sold out or that you have pre-ordered a product. This means that parts of your order can be sent separately.
We will always inform you which products have been sent and where you can track your shipments. 💌

When you order at Cosorishop.co.uk, we usually send your order with Bring using the delivery method you chose when you ordered.
