Fried pickles

  • 4 large pickles 
  • 65 gram flour
  • 65 gram breadcrumbs 
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ts paprika spice
  • 1/8 ts cayennepepper
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt and pepper

RECIPE

1. DRY the pickles well with a clean kitchen towel and cut them lengthwise (16 pieces).

2.  SET UP a station with three bowls. Fill the first bowl with flour. Break the eggs in bowl number two. Then mix the breadcrumbs and spices well together in the last bowl.

3. SELECT Preheat on the Cosori airfryer, adjust to 185°C, and press Start/Pause.

4.  PLACE the pickles first in the bowl of flour, then the bowl of eggs, and finally the bowl of breadcrumbs.

5.  PLACE the pickles on a tray and spray all sides with cooking oil spray.

6.  PLACE the pickles in the basket of the air fryer and cook at 185°C for 10 minutes. Turn them halfway through cooking.

7.  SERVE with your favorite dressing.
